Chelsea look set to miss out in the race to land Achraf Hakimi, after the player's agent revealed that the Inter Milan full-back was in deep talks with Paris Saint-Germain.
The 22-year-old has been a target for the European champions and they had high hopes of luring him to Stamford Bridge, especially after Antonio Conte walked out as Inter boss after guiding them to the Serie A title.
Hakimi played a key role on the right side of Conte's title winning team, but can also cover on the left flank.
