Bitter Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp hit out at Chelsea's £323m January spend as Man City boss jibes about 'not being a state club' and Liverpool's manager says he'll say 'nothing without my lawyer'

Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola have been left baffled to as how Chelsea were able to spend £323m during the January transfer window.

After a month of massive spending, the Blues wrapped up their business with Enzo Fernandez who joined for a British record £107m fee.

Liverpool meanwhile spent just £44m on Cody Gakpo, while Man City forked out only £8m for 20-year-old Argentine midfielder Maximo Perrone.

Klopp said in his press conference ahead of Liverpool's fixtures with Wolves, that he wouldn't give his opinion without a lawyer but that he doesn't 'understand this part of the business'.
