Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says the club will only extend Niklas Sule's contract if they can 'find a solution' to their financial difficulty following the pandemic.
Sule has just under 18 months left on his contract at Bayern and has been linked with a move to Chelsea as Thomas Tuchel plans to purchase a commanding centre back in the summer transfer window.
However, Rummenigge says Bayern are eager to keep the 'good German national team players' at the club and that they hold talks with Sule before the summer.
