Thomas Tuchel has revealed that he hasn't contacted Julian Nagelsmann after he was sacked as he doesn't want to be disrespectful.
Bayern Munich surprisingly parted ways with Nagelsmann, 35, on Friday and wasted no time in bringing in former Chelsea coach Tuchel in a deal until 2025.
The German, 49, goes straight into crucial games, starting with title rival - and Tuchel's former club - Borussia Dortmund on April 1.
Speaking to the media on Saturday, Tuchel said he had not spoken to Nagelsmann out of respect.
'I can certainly empathize with him, but it's not my responsibility.
