AC Milan are expected to confirm £25million signing of Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea in the next 24 hours.
The Italian giants are keen to convert the young centre back's successful loan move last season into a permanent deal.
Tomorim 23, shone after arriving in Serie A in the January transfer window, helping Milan to secure a return to the Champions League under manager Stefano Pioli.
