This is the Suns' third of a four-game road trip, and second in back-to-back games after being routed by the Boston Celtics. Phoenix has won five of their last 11 games since February's All-Star break.
Charlotte is coming off a win at Memphis on Wednesday, collecting just three victories in their past 10.
Phoenix is seventh in the Western Conference standings, and Charlotte is 13th in the East.
