Paul George raised eyebrows recently when he said on his "Podcast P" podcast that joining the Charlotte Hornets would’ve signaled the end of his career. But one former NBA star wasn’t having it.
“I’m not picking Charlotte just because there’s no winning culture there. My career is over with if I go there," said George.
Five-time NBA champion Ron Harper fired back, mocking George’s comment and suggesting that the Clippers star is already past his prime.
Harper called out George’s opinion as arrogant and dismissive of a young Hornets squad trying to build a culture.
