The Charlotte Hornets (43-31) defeated the Philadelphia 76ers (9-66) as they were led by Nicolas Batum who recorded his second triple-double of the season in this one. They also grabbed a win in the first half of a home and home series against the 76ers.
The Hornets have now won a franchise best 13 games in the month of March and are 12-5 in their last 17 road games. They are now 16-20 on the year after starting 4-15. Jeremy Lin missed this game due to a sore lower back but the injury isn’t expected to be serious.
