NBA Rumors: Hornets President Mitch Kupchak Resigns; 76ers' Brand Among Targets Eyed

Mitch Kupchak has resigned as president of basketball operations for the Charlotte Hornets, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Wojnarowski reported there's already a projected shortlist for the vacancy:

Kupchak's departure comes less than a week after the NBA trade deadline passed. He helped set the stage for a rebuild by dealing Gordon Hayward and P.
