Kemba Walker had surgery last May to repair a torn meniscus. Invited to participate in this month’s NBA Basketball Without Border’s game in Johannesburg, South Africa, Walker initially stated he would attend but not play. But speaking with the Charlotte Observer via conference call on Thursday, Walker is re-considering:
“I’m not sure yet. My knee feels good,” Walker said on a conference call. “I want to play. I can play. I haven’t made a decision yet.”
Walker added there are no limitations on his physical activity. The decision is ultimately up to him.
