Until recently, there have been some talks about how the Charlotte Hornets should find a way to acquire Zion Williamson. The jury's out on whether adding the oft-injured star would benefit the team. However, it may all be moot because the New Orleans Pelicans, under the new management of Joe Dumars, look set to move forward with him headlining the roster.
The Pelicans head of basketball operations has reportedly sought to "develop a relationship" with Williamson, spending time together and going as far as watching playoff games. Dumars also recently addressed the media, sharing how they have emphasized responsibility and accountability in their conversations.
