James Borrego notches win as Hornets head coach, Hornets dismantle Magic, 120-88

Kemba Walker scored 26 and hit five more 3-pointers; Nicolas Batum tallied 15 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists; rookie Miles Bridges finished with 15 points and 7 rebounds; and the Hornets earned head coach James Borrego his first career win with a 120-88 drubbing of the Orlando Magic.

The game could not have started more differently than the Hornets season opener. Both teams clanged seemingly dozens of shots. Head coach James Borrego took a timeout about halfway through the opening period, and it seemed to do the trick.
