Hornets vs. Spurs Recap: The good, the bad and the LaMelo Ball

After starting fast in the first quarter on Sunday, the Hornets watched the Spurs roar back to earn a 122-110 win.

Charlotte’s hot shooting in the first period allowed them to open up a 33-17 lead by the end of the period. But San Antonio outscored the Hornets 47-26 in the second period to lead by five heading into the halftime locker room.

The Hornets pulled the game back level at 89-89 heading into the fourth but the Spurs won the final frame 33-21 to earn a relatively comfortable win.

Terry Rozier notched his third-straight 30-point game with 33 points.
