The Charlotte Hornets have been bitten by the injury bug early this season. To be more specific, Covid-19 has ransacked this team all season long. At one point, they were missing as many as nine guys from their roster. More recently, they have lost Gordon Hayward due to health and safety protocols and he missed the opportunity to play vs. his home town Indiana Pacers. Covid even got to Kelly Oubre. When he returned, he was struggling to find his shot for the last few games, but he found his groove in a big way against the Pacers.
Hornets’ Kelly Oubre explodes for 39 vs. Pacers, Sixth Man of the Year in his future?
