Hornets fall short in Phoenix, 100-92

Dwayne Bacon scored 24 points, but it wasn’t enough as the Charlotte Hornets fell short against the Phoenix Suns, 100-92.

The Hornets jumped out to a 4-0 lead within the first 47 seconds of the game. It took three minutes for the Suns to score their first basket. When that basket came, the Hornets will still stuck on four points. Before the 6:16 mark of the first quarter, the teams had combined for just 11 points. Dwayne Bacon broke the seal with a mid-range jumper, which marked the start of what would be a very good night for him.
