Hornets fall short against the Spurs, 106-96

Miles Bridges scored 23 points, including four 3-pointers made, Cody Martin scored 15 points, and Dwayne Bacon and Josh Perkins poured in 14 apiece, but it wasn’t enough as the Charlotte Hornets fell to the San Antonio Spurs, 106-96.

The Hornets jumped out to an early 4-0 lead on a couple of very nice perimeter drives from Miles Bridges and Devonte’ Graham. The team hit a lull in the middle of the quarter and struggled to make shots. That lull ended with a pair of Bridges 3-pointers on consecutive Hornets possessions.
