Hornets fall short against Nets, 101-91

Devonte’ Graham and Terry Rozier combined for 35 points while Malik Monk scored 12 off the bench, but the Charlotte Hornets fell to the Brooklyn Nets, 101-91.

PJ Washington opened the scoring with a bucket plus the foul just 18 seconds into the game. Both teams struggled to generate offense from that point forward. Malik Monk and Bismack Biyombo came in and provided a spark, scoring 11 straight points for the Hornets at one point, including this gem:
