With the Charlotte Hornets season officially underway, we mustn’t forget about their G League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm.
The team announced their training camp roster for the 2018-2019 season which opens November 2nd against the Wisconsin Herd. You may be surprised the amount of familarity on the roster.
The two obvious guys are Hornets two-way players J.P. Macura and Joe Chealey, both of whom will see significant time in Greensboro while developing their game.
You can’t forget about the team’s two draft choices: Chinanu Onauku, and Tyler Nelson. These two will most likely be on the team’s starting lineup come opening night.
