The Charlotte Hornets lost their second preseason game to the Boston Celtics, 107-92. The Queen City team had a strong start but a third quarter push from Boston won them the game. Jeremy Lamb led the way with 16 points in this one.
The Charlotte Hornets had somewhat of a bounce back game as they were more impressive during the first half of this match than they were in their last outing against the Dallas Mavericks. They are now 0-2 in the preseason.
This game took place at the Greensboro Coliseum and was the team’s first outing at the new home of their D-League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm, for this season.
