Well, the G-League season is officially underway, which means you’ll see quite a few Charlotte Hornets players be sent down on assignment throughout the course of the season. Robert Franks, who is on a Two-Way contract, made quite an impression in his season debut last night.
Franks finished up with 29 points on the night, adding eight rebounds in the process. He also hit five out of his six three-point attempts. If you watched him in college at Washington State, then you know how quickly it takes for Franks to heat up.
Let’s not forget that Franks broke a school record for three-pointers made in a game as a junior at Washington State, hitting 10-13 from deep in a game against California.
