Charlotte Hornets’ beat writer, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, tweeted that he’s “Hearing chatter Nets might hard-sell Jeremy Lin. As I wrote Sunday, chances less than 50-50 he’s back in Charlotte.” This is an interesting development in Lin’s free agency this summer. He is one of the most coveted free agent point guards on the open market this offseason.
Jeremy is set to be an unrestricted free agent this summer as he declined his player option with the Charlotte Hornets for next season. He signed a two-year $4.3 million deal last offseason with a player option for the second year.
