Ric Bucher of Bleacher Report has said that the Mike D’Antoni has the “inside track” to sign Jeremy Lin this summer. Lin spent this past season with the Charlotte Hornets as their back-up point guard. He is set to be an unrestricted free agent this off-season once he declines his player option for next year.
Bucher also stated that Jeremy has “earned himself another big payday with his performance in the playoffs with the Charlotte Hornets.” With Lin set to hit the open market, it is likely that there will be a lot of teams wanting to sign him.
