According to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, “The @hornets will work out veteran Norris Cole as a possible third point guard.” It was also reported that the Charlotte Hornets are planning to work out Donald Sloan. The team hasn’t yet committed to Briante Weber as their third string for next season.
Cole is a six-year NBA veteran with more than 350 games of experience in the league. He’s played for three different teams including the Miami Heat, the New Orleans Pelicans and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
