Charlotte Hornets’ beat writer, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, reported that Frank Kaminsky will have a minor procedure that will force him out for six weeks. This will keep Frank out of the Orlando Pro Summer League this season. The procedure is on his chest to remove a pocket of air between his chest and lungs.
Kaminsky was scheduled to play for Charlotte in the summer league this offseason as he looked to continue his development. He is coming off of an impressive rookie season and will be looking to build on that in his second year in the NBA.
