According to various sources, Brian Roberts has reached a deal with Olympiacos in Greece. The veteran point guard last played for the Charlotte Hornets this past season. He spent a total of three years with the team and will now be making the move overseas.
Roberts became an unrestricted free agent this summer after spending the 2016-17 NBA campaign as the Hornets’ third string point guard. He played behind Kemba Walker and Ramon Sessions but filled in as the main backup once Sessions went down with a serious knee injury.
