Now three games into the 2019-20 preseason, the Charlotte Hornets remain without a win. Despite a valiant comeback effort against Philadelphia last night, Charlotte came up short with a final score of 100-87.
After being down by as many as 26 points, the Hornets played with much more energy and cut the lead to single digits at one point in the fourth quarter. In the end, a loss is a loss, but fans will appreciate the comeback bid.
The game was played in Winston-Salem at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. It was pretty cool to see an NBA game played in this building.
