CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte women's tennis program will get back in the swing of things this weekend, when it heads to Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, for the CofC Invitational. The 49ers are slated to be on the courts Saturday and Sunday in the event, which will take place at the College of Charleston Tennis Center at Patriots Point. The opening day, Friday, was cancelled due to potential inclement weather.
Head coach Michaela Gorman's squad features four seniors, two juniors, including a redshirt transfer, two sophomores and two freshmen. The senior class includes Briana Bodner, Victoria Pahlett, Sierra Stone and Macy Vonderschmidt.
