CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte women's basketball team will head to Frisco, Texas, this week for the Air Force Reserve Conference USA Championships and it will enter the field as the No. 6 seed. The 49ers will play at 3 p.m. ET Wednesday in the First Round against No. 11 seed North Texas on ESPN+.
TOURNAMENT HISTORY
Charlotte is 3-6 under head coach Cara Consuegra in the Conference USA Championships but one of those three wins came a year ago, when the No. 7-seeded Niners topped No. 10-seed Louisiana Tech in the first round.
