CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers women's golf team wrapped up round one of the Mason Rudolph Championship in 12th on Friday afternoon. The Niners were led by Siarra Stout's 71 (-1) that landed her tied for 19th in the 78-player field. Due to impending weather, Sunday's final round will try to be completed on Saturday as well setting up a 36-hole finish on Saturday.
Stout began with a bogey-birdie before a bogey on four had her one-over heading to the back. A birdie-bogey stint on 10 and 11 followed by two birdies bettered Stout to one-under on the day.
