CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Due to inclement weather and expected freezing temperatures Tuesday night, the Charlotte softball game against Elon, previously scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, has been cancelled. There is currently no make up game planned.
The 49ers will get some extra rest before they welcome the Conference USA-foe Marshall Thundering Herd to D.L. Phillips Softball Complex for a weekend series. A Saturday doubleheader will take place at 1 & 3 p.m. before the final game of the series is played on Sunday at Noon.
Admission to all home Charlotte softball games is free so we look forward to seeing you at the ballpark this weekend!
