CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte volleyball program will hit the road for the second weekend on on-conference action traveling to the Bronx, New York for this weekend's Rose Hill Classic hosted by Fordham. The 49ers will open the weekend with a pair of Friday matches against Bryant at noon and host Fordham at 7:30 p.m., before ending with Marist at 12:00 p.m. Saturday. Friday night's match against the hosts will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
Charlotte (2-3) will look to snap a small two-game skid after their second-straight five-set heartbreaker at Davidson on Tuesday night. Tuesday featured a pair of two-point sets to begin the night, a pair of blowouts in three and four and a crazy scramble to the finish line in the fifth.
