CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A fall starting date in late August, pushed to late January, has arrived for Charlotte volleyball as they begin the 2020-21 season on ESPN+ at Davidson on Sunday afternoon. The 49ers being a truncated 15-match schedule on Sunday with 12 of those to be inside Conference USA.
"It's thrilling," started Head Coach Karen Weatherington. "It feels very strange because there is so much unexpected. We don't really know how other teams will be and haven't seen our opponents in quite a while, but the thrill of getting to play together has superseded everything.
