CHARLOTTE, N.C. - After two-plus weeks of preseason workouts, the Charlotte volleyball team took to the court for an exhibition match at Clemson on Saturday afternoon. The 49ers won the fourth set 25-18 after narrowly falling 25-20 in the first set and by the minimum, 25-23, in the third.

This exhibition provided us an opportunity to compete against a high temp, physical team and face a challenge in an amazing volleyball atmosphere. We really played well once we were able to assert our strengths on offense and earned the win in the fourth set.
