CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte Volleyball will enter the 2016 season as the team picked to finish ninth inside Conference USA as voted on by the league's head coaches on Monday afternoon. The 49ers will begin their second season under Head Coach Karen Weatherington after a foundation-setting season in 2015.
"We have made great gains after last season," remarked Weatherington. "It was a foundational year for us to learn the teams and level of play in the league. I'm optimistic about our future and look to be competitive every chance we take the court.
