CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte volleyball officially opened up the 2019 season with their first team practice on Thursday morning. The 49ers will have two weeks to prepare for an exhibition match at Clemson and three weeks for the season-opening Charlotte Invitational.
"We are so excited to be back," began Head Coach Karen Weatherington. "We're ready for the grind to start again. "It's been a great first day and we're glad to just get started."
THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE
The 49ers will practice twice a day for eight of the next nine days leading into Fan Fest on August 17th and the first day of class on the 19th.
