CHARLOTTE, N.C. – After a 9-6 run through 15 non-conference matches, the Charlotte volleyball program will open up the first of 14 Conference USA matches at Marshall and WKU beginning Friday night. The Niners will round out the weekend Sunday afternoon in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
Charlotte (9-6) posted another successful non-conference campaign culminating with a third individual MVP honor in another 2-1 weekend. The 49ers played three five-set matches at the USF Classic topping New Orleans and host USF for their third-straight winning weekend.
Highlights from the first four weekends include a pair of tournament titles at the Rose Hill Classic and Pirate Invitational to go along with those three MVP honors.
