CHARLOTTE, N.C. – After a record-setting spring season, the Charlotte 49ers volleyball team will crank up the new 2021 season on Friday night hosting Xavier in day one of the Charlotte Invitational. Colorado from the Pac-12 and South Carolina State join in on the weekend play that begins at 10:00 a.m. both Friday and Saturday. The Niners will take on the Musketeers in Friday's nightcap at 6:00 p.m.
"We are thrilled to be back in Halton Arena," began Head Coach Karen Weatherington. Playing on our home court and hosting a pretty competitive tournament, it's so exciting to be back this season.
