CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers volleyball will host their annual "Dig Pink" match on Wednesday, October 19 taking on in-state foe UNCG at 7:00 p.m. Pink t-shirts will be handed out to the first 1,000 fans entering the Halton Arena gates at 6:00 p.m.
Charlotte (7-15) steps out of Conference USA play for the final time on Wednesday coming off of a home weekend split with FIU and Middle Tennessee. The 49ers dispatched FIU in a quick 3-0 sweep on Friday powered by 13 kills from Janell Sparks and her .379 hitting percentage.
