CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Three matches remain in the 2018 regular season for Charlotte volleyball with two of those taking place at Rice and UTEP this weekend. The 49ers, who will literally face the top and bottom teams this weekend, are right in the thick of the C-USA Tournament race and can still finish as high as the fourth seed or miss out completely.
Charlotte (15-12, 5-6 C-USA) has been on a solid roll at home winning four of their last five with each of the last seven matches resulting in a 3-0 sweep for victory or a 3-2 defeat in five.
