IRVING, Texas – Charlotte women's soccer placed three of its players on the postseason All-Conference USA Teams, as announced by the league office Tuesday afternoon. The 49ers earned two first-team spots, as senior Martha Thomas and sophomore Megan Greene were recognized, while sophomore Kelley Suggs was included on the third team.
Thomas' honor is the fourth of her career, and the third-straight season in which she was named to the league's first team. She joins Christina Papp (1996, 1997, 1998); Lindsey Beam-Ozimek (2005, 2006, 2007) and Whitney Weinraub (2008, 2009, 2010) as the only three-time first-team selections in school history.
