CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte men's golf landed three players on Conference USA's All-Conference teams led by John Gough's first team selection announced by league officials on Tuesday afternoon. Matt Sharpstene and Ben Woodruff, both named to the five-man second team, round out Charlotte's three selections.
"I'm happy for John to be named to our C-USA first team again this year," started Head Coach Ryan Cabbage. "Matt and Ben named to the second team is also fantastic. One of the unique things about our league is that our all-conference teams are based solely on national rank so these guys earned their position and all three are certainly well-deserving of this honor.
