HOUSTON – Charlotte women's soccer opens its Conference USA Championships week with a 2:30 p.m. ET Tuesday kickoff against North Texas on ESPN+. The 49ers, the East Division No. 3 seed, and the Mean Green, the West Division No. 2 seed, meet for the third time in league tournament history.

The unusual spring season for the Niners resulted in a 4-5 overall and 4-2 C-USA ledger. The program weathered through COVID-19 concerns, injuries and games being postponed or canceled and still finished as one of the top teams in the conference.
