CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Seniors Meredith Harris and Emma Ocker, along with transfer sophomore Katie Manring have been named to the 2019 InTouch Credit Union Conference USA Softball All-Academic Team the Conference announced Monday. The Charlotte trio led the league with the most student-athletes from one institution being recognized.
Because of their successes, both academically and athletically, Charlotte's head softball coach Aimee DeVos said, "I love to see Meredith, Emma and Katie being recognized for a well-deserved place on the C-USA All-Academic Team."
Meredith Harris, a senior first baseman, has earned her second C-USA All-Academic Team award for her outstanding efforts in the classroom as well as on the field.
