As part of Military Appreciation Day, the 49ers wore a red, white and blue striped decal down the center of their helmet that honored each of the five branches of the armed services: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Navy
Charlotte scored 35 points, the second-highest scoring output of the season.
