The Charlotte 49ers tennis teams honored their four seniors, Tyler Baker, Jessica Pérez. Vikram Hundal, Jordi Massalle Ferrer, prior to their final regular-season home match of the year. The 49ers in total defeated Lenoir-Rhyne 14-0 for the men’s six and women’s third straight wins.
Hundal and Ferrer gave the men a fast start in doubles. Playing at the number one spot cruised to a 8-4 win over Patrick Bauer and Tomas Hons. In singles Alejandro Moreno and Sam Rice both received the golden bagel award winning their match 6-0, 6-0. On court one, Charlotte’s Hundal won his 15th of the season 6-3, 6-0 over Lenoir-Rhyne’s Bauer.
