The win marks the Niners eighth-straight after hitting at a .302 clip and posting 15 blocks as a team.
George Mason (2-9) needed extra points to comeback for a set one win after trailing by as much as 22-18 after a kill. A 5-1 run by the Patriots tied the set at 23-23 after a pair of kills by Emily Konchan and Pihla Jarvenpaa helped end the opening set.
