CHARLOTTE, N.C. – First-year head coach Ashley Chastain has announced the Charlotte softball fall schedule for 2019. The team will play eight games this fall, with three of those coming on home soil at Sue M. Daughtridge Stadium.
The team opens the slate with a doubleheader in Greensboro, N.C against UNCG on Saturday, Sep. 28 at noon. The following Saturday, Oct. 5, the 49ers will travel south of the border to Columbia, S.C. for a pair of games. Charlotte opens the action with a game against Chastain's alma mater, South Carolina, at 1 p.
