GREENSBORO, N.C. - Solid pitching, timely hitting and flawless defense all culminated in a 7-2 victory for the Charlotte softball team against UNC-Greensboro at the UNCG Softball Stadium Tuesday evening.
Junior pitcher brought her A+ stuff with her to Greensboro and it showed as she took a no-hit bid into the sixth inning. The Spartans (21-17) finally broke through in the sixth with two runs on three hits and a walk, but Wiseman did very well to limit the damage after the home team loaded the bases with no outs.
