CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A multi-dimensional, diverse class has committed to play for the Charlotte women's basketball program, as head coach Cara Consuegra announced two players who have signed National Letters of Intent for next season Thursday.
This year's class features a record-shattering scorer Cali Konek a 5-7 guard from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the tallest player in school history, Angel Middleton, a 6-6 center from Charleston, South Carolina.
"We couldn't be more excited to introduce these two young ladies to our Niner family," Consuegra said. "For us, our mission is to always find the absolute best players we can find.
