CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Redshirt sophomores Caroline Sang and Tom Nobles capped their seasons in style as both earned spots on NCAA Southeast All-Region teams to lead the Charlotte cross country program at the University of Virginia's Panorama Farms Friday morning.
With the women's race kicking things off, Sang placed 9th out of 228 runners with a time of 20:38.3 to earn All-Region honors, a feat which requires a top-25 finish. Her time narrowly misses beating her previous personal record of 20:37 which she ran earlier this season at the Penn State Open.
